DISCLAIMER The following cover song is a fan-based work of artistic expression and experimentation created using AI (artificial intelligence) to synthesize BTS’s voice and make them perform "Boombayah," a popular song they never released on they official digital distribution platforms. Consequently, it is not real. Its purpose is to parody the original song and its singer/s and educate the public about the possibilities and limitations of artificial intelligence in the music industry, providing criticism and humor, a parody hallmark. The video is not intended to infringe the rights of the original artists, composers, producers, or record labels, nor to deceive or mislead the viewers into believing that the cover songs are authentic, nor to pass off the content as genuine studio recordings, but rather to provide a unique and thought-provoking take on it. It does not have any negative impact on the potential market or value of the original songs or singers and may even serve to promote and increase its value. It does not diminish their popularity or reputation but increases their public exposure and appreciation. The original song and its copyright belong to their respective owners. This AI cover does not claim ownership or association with the original music or copyright holder. The final result is distinct from the original work and should not be considered a substitute. It is transformative, as it adds new meaning, expression, and insight in a new and different way, with another purpose, and does not merely copy or imitate it. Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. The creator of this material respects, admires, and loves the original artists, their work, talent, and integrity and does not want to hurt or insult them in any way, much less replace or compete with them. It only aims to pay tribute and homage to them, offer a playful and innovative perspective on their works, and celebrate their influence and legacy in music culture. That work would not be possible without their inspiration and contribution to this industry. Their human voices are an irreplaceable and unique aspect of their performances. It is not the intention to claim to or surpass their distinctive vocals and expressions. This creation is just an exploration of the creative possibilities that emerge at the intersection of technology and art. ♡︎Thank you for watching♡︎ Att:cutiektae ;) #fy #iacover #bts #army #btsarmy #aicover #blackpink
