Here's a commercial for (the original fidget spinner of its day?) - the relatively inexpensive ubiquitous toy by the late-70s (also around in the 60s) - the Whee-Lo (Wheel-O?). If I'm not mistaken they had lots of knockoffs of these. Also known as the Super Magnetic Spinning Wheel or Super Magnetic Spinning Top. Whee! It's a lot of fun! Another great toy by Tarco.
