Taking a break from a room remodel (new wood floor install), so tonight's focus will be on remaking something I didn't think I'd remake. Someone asked me about adding a CO2 adapter to the lids. Searched online and instead of finding the adapter for the lids, I found a new/better cellar/vault that has the CO2 valve built into the lids.

So, naturally they don't fit my existing Bean Cellar cutouts, so now it's time for version 2.0. I was going to order another Acacia cutting board, but they sky rocketed in price from $15 to $50, so I looked for alternatives that I cover in the video (which one would you choose?).

The next video will be the completed Bean Cellar/Vault that will be essentially the same (process wise and general construction) as version 1.0
